Some sort of UI warning that the network performance is degraded

Hopefully won't be needed until next league launch but I feel like I avoided a bunch of disconnects by going into inventory/pause when the lagspikes start and try to wait it out since it usually only lasts for 30 seconds to 3 minutes until it's playable again and the game didn't need to catch up that much.
To help with this and as a general warning it would be nice if you had a UI element, like a red circle with "Network performance degraded" next to it pop up on top of everything else in the upper right corner that only goes away when everything is smooth for the last 5 seconds. No need for the whole graphs and stats like we have on PC.
That way we can go to pause and just wait until the warning goes away instead of trying to move items or unpausing to check which could stress the game to the point that it disconnects.
