Puncture + Manaforged Arrows guaranteed crash

equipping puncture with manaforged arrows crashes my game, without fail, shortly after entering my map, usually but not limited to, when I step onto the breach hive circle/destroy a breach wall, BUT, if i equip puncture (linked to MFA) AFTER I enter my map, the crash doesn't occur.
Pipeline doesn't matter, bug occurs on all 3
PC doesn't matter, happens on both of mine.
Which map I play doesn't matter
Other on-hit triggers don't matter, bug happens regardless of whether I have equipped my cast on crit setup.
