Vaal Impurity of Lightning - Max Res not applying (Ref # [1552113260])

The Issue: Activating Vaal Impurity of Lightning does not provide the +5% Maximum Lightning Resistance or the buff icon.
Current Stats: My current max lightning res is 83% (including the Bloodline ascendancy buff), and my uncapped resistance is 140%.
Reproduction Steps:
Ensure Energy Shield is full to trigger Everlasting Sacrifice.
Activate Vaal Impurity of Lightning.
Check Defense tab; max lightning resistance remains at 83% and no buff icon appears.
Additional Context: I am not using Loreweave, Melding of the Flesh, or any Timeless Jewels.

Also having this issue. Any fix to this?
