Maven 10-way not unlocking 5th scarab slot

I just did the Maven's 10 Boss Invitation 4 times, but the fifth Scarab slot is still locked and says "Unlock by completing the Maven's 10 Boss Invitation".

How many map slots do you have? You probably already did the maven 10 way and need to do the other thing to unlock the 6th slot.

The text seems bugged if you do the 10 way before the nightmare map. If you do a nightmare map it will probably unlock your last slot.

You need to also do a Nightmare map.
