No splinters for Abyss? No Essence for wisps? Bad companions? Ritual downgraded?

I really like the Splinter and realmgate mechanic.

The Breach map is easier than normal breaches on maps. The realmgate map is linear, whereas for breaches on maps, the mobs come from every direction.

Right now the map is the same every time, hopefully there is more variety in realmgate maps in the future. There could be a series of maps.

I came across what seemed like a pinnacle boss in the Abyss before. Hopefully Abyss will also have their own splinters, realmgate maps and stash tab in the future.

Just to re-iterate- & this kind of goes against what has been normal for many years.

I want to see Azmerian spirit wisps affiliated with Essence.

Right now the Azmerian spirit wisp gameplay, animation and VFX is sub par, but it can improve to be on the same level as Breach, Abyss, Delerium and Ritual. We need this dynamic 5. Forget about Expedition, It doesn't deserve an Atlas passive tree nor a Tablet imo.

I want to see Azmerian spirit wisps possess a rare mobs body, kill it, then a giant mutant Azmerian spirit crab is born from its corpse. Allowing Huntress to catch those Pokemons as Companions.

The Essence tab is only missing splinters.
& Entering the realmgate into a hunting ground.

Strongboxes are great, the pack fights could be better (like the uniques), but their gameplay mechanic is very similar to the Essence packs. Sacrifice Essence packs and give the Essence drops to Azmerian spirits.

It makes sense visually as well. The color and type of Azmerian spirit can correlate with the Essences it would drop.

Ritual altars should be improved and copied directly from POE1, It seems like the circles were larger, The Altars spawned Totems in POE1. Totems have much better gameplay and are more fitting for Ritual than the copy/paste purple plant bombs and waves of blood used in POE2.
