Divine vessels are voided

Hello POE Team!


I tried to collect some bonuses to my pantheon (Lunaris) from T7 Iceberg map.

After killing the map boss(es), I did not receive my filled divine vessel, even after multiple tries. The used divine vessel disappeared.

I checked my map device inventory, character inventory, stash. I could not find it anywhere.

Could you please check this?

Iceberg has 3 different bosses at random - you need Otesha specifically.
