day later I still cannot load the act 8 town

After making every change google and multiple youtube channels said was the solution. My game worked before the new league. and worked till act 5 and then i started having loading issues. I have changed to every NA server Still cannot load. changed renderer, Deleted the %shader% file. deleted what was inside of it first still nothing worked. Like I said before The new league patch caused this
