Spectre missing in Monastery of the Keepers

I took off item with slotted raise spectre gem in Monastery of the Keepers.
after puting in on I had no spectres.

However, they didn't drop on the ground, just disappeared.

I lost Perfect Forest Tiger, Perfect spirit of fortune, perfect forest warrior.


Steps to reproduce:


1. Raise any spectre
2. Go to Monastery of the keepers
3. remove gem/item

Can I somehow get it back?

Just had the same thing happen to my spectres ... and i thought i switch there just to be safe.
