Cannot exit Mirage

Occurred Twice.
Map: The chamber of sins level 1
Other items: both times had delirium.

First occasion had an Incursion.
Second occasion had an Abyss.

Mirage portal bugged both times and had to re-log back to character select to get out of the instance.

I had the same thing today! Also in the Chamber of Sins. The mirage area loaded properly, but the portal to return to the Chamber of Sins was not clickable.
