Cannot Open Maven's Invitation nor Eagon's memory line map

Maven witnessed the alleyways map boss and alleyways is one of the map on my Eagon's memoery line quest. Currently, I just stuck because I have 10 bosses witnessed by Maven, but I cannot open the invitation boss encounter. Also, I cannot open the alleyways memory line quest map from Eagon as well for some reason. The maps before Alleyways were totaly fine.

I had the same problem, for anyone in the future just restart the game.
I also ran an 8-mod map before restarting, maybe that triggered it.
