Cannot pick up Items unless I press "Alt" Key

As Title says. Reloaded my Item Filter (from Filterblade) with a new version (strictnes change) and now I can only pick up items while I press the "Alt" Key.

Also applies to items dropped from inventory.
Restarting the game does not fix it.
Crafting recipies/ Portals are still interactable without pressing "Alt".
