Bug with Currency exchange

Hello i am having issues wih currency exchange

There is a item stuck there for sale greyed out from hardcore league

i have no way of removing it on any char and cant migrate anything

also becouse it is there when i hover over the grey item i cannott use the currency exchange the tab to post items for sale becomes inert
