In permanent leagues, there exists a "catch-up" mechanic, where completing any legacy series map will automatically grant bonus objective completion for all non-unique maps of the same natural tier or lower and all unique maps.
Also in 3.28
"
Reworked the system for catching up Atlas progress on Standard. Now, if your account has previously acquired any Voidstones, completing any node on the Atlas will complete every node of the same tier and lower.
