Syndicate Research map encounter bricked

Entered a research encounter while an unstable breach was still closing and the research encounter did not trigger properly. There were the non-unique monsters in the area, but the evidence destruction did not trigger and there weren't any of the syndicate members at the end. Going out and in again did not change anything.
