Unveiling fractured items broken

With Pillage and Plunder allocated, a fractured item dropped with a unveil available. After unveiling, the mod is not fractured. It was working earlier today, but the last 2 items I've treid have not wroked. The mods I chose that did not work was the minimum frenzy charge on a bone ring, and the other was cold and chaos res on a helm.
