Playstation Instances are slow

Hi, every time i boot up the game, it takes forever maybe 2-3 minutes to loan the area. When I go to a new area, it's the same. This makes the mirage mechanic completely unplayable because it takes 3 minutes to get in and 3 minutes to get out. Is this a known issue for the playstation servers? What do I do?

happening on XBOX as well. Been playing for 4 years and never an issue like this. Makes the game completely unplayable and extremely disappointed
