Issues w/ pause screen

I don't know if this is a bug or not but I would really appreciate it if someone from GGG would reply letting me know..

When 'PAUSE' was first introduced, you could hit the 'ESC' key, and then mouse over all of the buffs/debuffs in the upper left corner and across the top of the screen.

Why can't you do this anymore? This was AMAZING. It really helped me diagnose defensive issues w/ my build and such. Please put this functionality back, please, man.
