Weird laggs depending on part of map you are in

sometimes i have giga ping in a map, and if i zone into mirage or vice versa its just gone. It also CAN happen that its just part of the map thats lagging out like crazy.

the issue is suddenly gone, i had this happen in previous leagues aswell though, were it got sometimes fixed in the same map without any loadingscreen shenangigans.
