Currency Market search field not set to active like patch says

"On PC, opening the "I Want" or "I Have" currency selection window at the Currency Exchange will now immediately set focus to the search input field."

This does not work for me. I am playing POE through steam on Linux with Proton. I have tried clicking Faustus then clicking "I Want". I have also tried control clicking Faustus then clicking "I Want". Neither method produces an already active search field.

My friend who plays on Windows with the standalone client gets the intended effect of the search box auto-focusing.
