Arkaali's fangs spiders don't dispawin in new location (with loading) and don't do any damage

Found thins bug while running labyrinth.

1. When I spawn spiders in location before "prepare room" (room with stash before izaro room)
2. Enter into prepare room, spiders don't dispawn as they should be
3. Enter into boss room with same spiders from step 1, and don't do damage to izaro

I should wait every time for their dispawin by timer to make damage
