various problems on my game

i have dps problems , tried dps critical bonus build , my dps didnt grow proprely as other builds same as mine , timelost jewels in different areas didn get the bonuses from near notaple or passive skill points , im forced to play a tank build cause my damage and time lost jewels didnt work , and thath is becoming frustrating , i trying uninstal and reinstall game yet , but probably nothing will happend , pls fix all bugs on my account thnks

Your account isn't bugged; you just need to spend more time learning how the game works.

Both Heroic Tragedy and Undying Hate work in the same way;

• They will choose a name at random, and
• They will choose a number at random

So, for example, let's look at two Undying Hates;



One mentions Kulemak; the other mentions Amanamu.

One mentions 6488 souls; the other metions 8153 souls.

This makes them two completely different Timeless Jewels which will interact with your Passive Skill in completely different ways. This is how they are designed to function - it's not a bug.
