Mirage Portal Trapped

After completing my Mirage portal in Chamber of Sins lv1, I collected the Rare Melee Weapons cache and attempted to leave through the portal.
However, the portal is not interactable and I cannot use a portal scroll to escape. I am forced to log out to escape.
