Can't pick the right wish in mirage window

Several times when I have interacted with Varashta, I haven't been able to choose the wish to the right, only the middle and left one. This is really frustrating and something you should look into ASAP.

Same problem, cant use the right one. It persists though every zone, every wish interface the right one is unselectable.
