Ritualist's Breach Ring MTX Does Nothing in 3.28

This MTX was part of a past supporter pack and changes the appearance of Breach.

It worked with the old Breach, but it no longer works with the newly updated Keepers Breach.

As a result, this MTX currently has no functionality at all.
