Cannot trade with Faustus

In my Hideout it says:

"This hideout instance no longer allows trading. please re-enter the hideout to create a new instance"

I tried to change my hideout and log out. But it does not work? Any ideas how to fix this? I think it occured after those massive server lags like ~1h ago
