PSN Character not linked to POE Account

My website account does not show my current PlayStation character.
This is not due to different accounts, as I only have one PSN account that is named exactly the same as my log in here.

I’ve checked the IDs, I’ve logged in repeatedly both on the website via PSN and on PSN.

I don’t understand as it does show my Poe 1 character but not the Poe 2 one.

Due to this I can also not set item filters on ps5.

It seems my POE ps5 account is for somehow not linked to my PSN (that is linked to this website), which should not be possible as I can only log in on ps5 with exactly that PSN.

Can someone help?
