cannot apply ignite

I run 2x Taming and Elemental hit of spectrum, I have more than enough chance to apply ignite and I do fire damage.
I can apply shock and freeze instantly, but ignite just won't work. Last bumped on Mar 8, 2026, 11:11:12 AM
