Locked currency exchange slots

Hello, I've encountered a problem with the currency exchange. The slots are locked because I need to pick something up in Phrecia 2.0, but I cannot log in to Phrecia 2.0. So I decided to delete the character, thinking this would be a fast fix, but then I read that I should have migrated to Standard. So I restored it and migrated to pick those items up, but it's stil locked. Is there anything I could do?
