Can't enter Mirage

I picked the area saying something about ~additional difficult monster packs, but I can't enter the mirage, it just says "Cannot connect to instance. That subarea no longer exists."

I think I opened my passive skill tree as the area was opening, maybe for 10-20 seconds pausing the game, so maybe there was a bug with that.

I was unable to click on a mirage portal to exit a mirage. I successfully entered and completed the mirage in the Chamber of Sins Act 1 area.
