Rolled +7 physical skills on a normal exceptional base, and it disappeared

I was trying to make a staff and bought a couple exceptional reaping staves, I rolled +7 physical skills, and t1 cast speed on a second staff. I was thinking of selling those bases so I went to buy more bases to hit again, when I came back to my hideout my first staff in my inventory had completely disapeared? I'm kind of bugging out.
