Impending doom not triggering on curse removal

Happens very consistently when Impending Doom is linked with Spell Cascade.

My character has a curse limit of 3.

Foulborn Doedre's Scorn sockets and links: Chance To Poison, Enfeeble, Spell Cascade, Void Manipulation + Impending Doom from the helm itself.
Vixen's: Conductivity, Temporal Chains, Despair, Spell Cascade.

As you can see in the video, I cast Enfeeble, which triggers curses from Vixen's and applies Conductivity, Temporal Chains and Despair to the pack of monsters. Then Enfeeble, due to the curse limit, removes Conductivity, which should trigger Impending Doom explosion, but it doesn't.
