Stacking of elder maps broken, maps disappearing

I had 2 rare elder maps (both enlaver) in my inventory, scoured both to white maps. then one disappeared. It seems maybe the stacking of those is broken?

I am very sure I had 2 because i was thinking about blessing one to get a different boss.
