Cannot progress through The control blocks in Act5 after DC

Yesterday I DC:ed after killing Justicar but before transitioning to next zone.
Today when I try to progress through the control blocks it is impossible, the way is blocked. I have reset the zone multiple times but after killing Justicar the way is still blocked.
