Kinetic Fusillade of Detonation not getting all of the projectiles with low duration

Not sure I need a reference or in game /bug report for it but if your duration is low enough (seems to be if your attack time is longer than your duration, for me it was .4s attack time, .27s duration), the projectiles will start exploding before all of your projectiles are summoned and prevent any further ones from that attack from spawning. In my situation I had up to 13 projectiles on attack and it would only summon about 5-6. Pretty big issue, can be built around for sure but that doesn't seem intended.
