Bug Reports (Path of Exile 1) - Otesha from Iceberg won't drop - Forum

I cannot get a divine vessel back after completing Iceberg. I have completed Iceberg 3 times now, each time I've added a divine vessel but after map completion the vessel is consumed but I don't get it added to my inventory.
