🔴🔴🔴 Cogwheel Twins - impossible to beat this boss

Infinite loadings 3 day a row. I play 20 min poe, after i play ~2 hours with cogwheels on loading screen. How to fix it?

tried to - clear cache, switch renderer, update drivers etc(setup - nvidia rtx pro 500 6gb, ultra 7 255h,96gb ram). Nothing helps. probably, i mean it is only servers bug.
