Vrunn spawned out of bounds in mirage

Bug reference number 3,182,651,567 (haha 67)

When doing a mirage, with an unstable breach right on the edge of the mirage, I was able to activate the breach, but vrunn spawned outside of it.

He was unable to be attacked and did not do anything, bricking the encounter.
