Tier 12 Graveyard

on repeat as soon as attack any monsters in map crashes. tried 3 different tier 12s with different mods in map all still crashes within 5 sec of attacking

has something to do with breach, if i run into breach area before attacking its fine. did same thing on another map

all mtx off and still crashes. inside hive, or before entering. only started once i fully spec'ed into it. when i was just doing unstable breaches no problems.
