Saresh, of the Weeping Black disappeared on me

He was at about 65% HP I think and then he didnt phase or anything and just vanished. not sure if this is an unknown mechanic or a bug. I'm sitting in his boss room for the past 8 minutes running around, going to town in my portal and coming back but nothing happens.

+1 same happened to me. Saresh disappeared after summoning "Gangrenous Mass"

+1 Same happened to me. Phased the boss and he just disappeared. Relogging and leaving the area and coming back does nothing. 700c down the drain.
