Refund Shop Cosmetics

I sent an email to make a refund and was directed to a link to fill out a form but by the time i got this link the time to make a refund had already ran out and now i cant even fill out the form. im not sure what to do in order to make this refund as every time i make this request i am sent to the same site but the site simply wont work for me.

What do i do
