Venom Draught Quest bug

Missed the quest from Act 3 for the Venom Draught. Now I can't seem to get the quest and interacting with the corpse in the venom crypts does nothing. Tried resetting the instance twice, tried to talk to servi multiple times, tried all dialogues including local knowledge etc. I did everything under the sun.

Is this really missable? Or is this a bug? can someone confirm? I believe this issue has been ongoing since release and looking further, there seems to be no fixes for this whatsoever. Whats going on?
