Lag spikes today 7 Mar 26

For the last 3 hours every 10-30 seconds I have been getting lag spikes that are making the game almost unplayable.

(I work in IT, so I will spare the basic troubleshooting steps done on my side, they HAVE been done to try to eliminate user end issues, and before I make a call and deal with crapcast, I want to ask if others are experiencing it too.) I cannot recreate the spikes on any other game (Diablo (2R/3/4), CoD, Titan Quest II, Borderlands 4), on any other service, or through any other network testing/monitoring. I have swapped gateways. I am in CA, have used CA, Texas, D.C, and Canada, and the issues persists. I have not experienced this in the past to this extreme (>3000 hrs played https://ibb.co/XxN9Z7FS) I havent been able to find any announcements or other complaints made today on it, so I figured I would pose the question here. Conveniently, after 3 hours, doing some troubleshooting, and then posting here, it seems to have stopped.
Next time Ill do what everyone else seems to do, just post first without checking anything at all or googling, as that seemed to be the fix (thats a joke, for the slow ones) Likely an ISP issue. Over the last few days I have been experiencing the same lag spikes. Someone pointed me to a forum topic about the same thing.
The post said: 1. Go into your game files (C:\Users\XXXX\Documents\My Games\Path of Exile 2) 2. Open the file named poe2_production_Config.ini 3. Ctrl + f and search for networking_type 4. Change it from networking_type=auto to networking_type=predictive I did those changes and it seems to have solved the lag spikes.
