Can't activate Thaumaturgic Dust encounter in Mirage on controller

I killed all of the enemies around, but I couldn't interact with it.

I logged off and onto Keyboard Mouse and it could be activated.

I think the interaction is completely broken on controller as you don't highlight it and press A.
