polaric invitation graphical glitch

Upon dying and reentering the polaric invitation boss fight the arena appears to not be rotating anymore whilst the fire and cold zone is actually rotating making it impossible to keep the correct stacks up throughout the fight

Just experienced this myself. Stacks of resistance I was getting did not match the zone I was in on my second entry, then shortly after that it stopped rotating visually but my stacks continued to change as though the zones had moved. I'm not 100% positive, but I think it might have been wrong even immediately upon entering the zone. Before my first death I think I saw my stacks as incorrect for the zone I was in, and then I verified the issue the second time in.

Also Happened to me,

I did the quest fight twice (failed the first) and the issue happened in both.

The visuals for the rotating arena only stopped working after the first death, they were fine on the first life.
