[Standard] Gold Treasure Rooms empty in Blueprints

I opened a Blueprint with 6 Gold Rooms but all of the rooms that were supposed to have gold in them were empty (no chests spawned). These gold rooms were converted from Harbinger Rooms with the most recent patch.

Ive been running some blueprints everyday since the 7th and its still an issue. Not Just gold treasure rooms ...but just any treasure rooms can disappear once you enter the map.

Tried a level 72...w/ just 2 wings and unlocked 5 rooms on each wing. This particular underworld blueprint did not have any gold rooms.

When i entered each wing i found 1 room that was empty. May have been just currency rooms but not really sure.
