Reliquarian's "Maata's Teachings" Ascendancy not working with Trypnanon Great Mallet

Allocated Reliquarian's "Maata's Teachings" and equipped a Trypanon Great Mallet to give the Animated Gaurdian 100% Crit Chance. AG is also equipped with a Southbound Gloves and Expedition's End body armor.

Ascendancy seems to be bugged because I can deal 99% of a minion's health bar, but fail to kill them because they are not Frozen. Freeze chance should be 100% if I crit and 99% of a mob's health bar should be past the 0.3s freeze duration (i hope :P).

Can Confirm, seems like a huge oversight.

I've tested this with ignite chance and different pets, I've found zero evidence of it working, me and my crew can confirm with great certainty this is still bugged, since we saw this ascendancy back in 2023.

I really hope GGG can comment on this. Is it 1H weapon only? is it BASE crit chance, ignoring the explicit of the Trypanon? Would love to know more. Cheers! Any bump for visibility would be appreciated.

GGG, is it possible we can know if this is working as intended, or a bug, and if it's a bug, can we expect to see a hotfix this league or pivot our build concepts?

I hope it's not a bug, I'd love to see this utilized in builds, minions are fun because there are so many dynamics, like pain artist spectres with this >:D
