spirit bug

I've completed the campaign for 100 spirit, i've got 40 spirit on body armour, i've got 57 spirit on amulet, and 208 on scepter for a total of 405 spirit. according to the spirit icon in game i have 203 spirit. i've removed all gear and skills to try and reset and nothing fixes it. i'm play oracle so no issues there. what do i do

If you want someone to explain why your character functions the way it does, you need to give us a non-zero amount of insight into what your character's build is.
The preferred way of doing so would be Path of Building. The only guess I'd wager on the information currently provided is that you allocated Lord of the Wilds. Having spent thousands of euros on Path of Exile over the years, I will not be further supporting it financially until and unless GGG resumes offering Technical Support.
