Originator Voidstone Socket disabled

Killed last Quest Boss while a lot of dc happened, did the last boss fight dread 5 times have Voidstone now but the socket is bugged and close.

I can control left click mine into the socket but it doesn't seem to be having any effect similar to the eater/exarch voidstone. You ever figure this out?

ok controll click works but like y said the tiers stay the same

I think you are required to make connection to socket before it is "open". Notice it has different animation.
