Bloodthirsty Supporter Pack MTX broken

Chest is broken regardless of combination when equipped on a Shadow or Witch (rest are untested, I assume it's all though).
It is broken when worn alone or in any other combination of MTX or pieces. Running PackCheck.exe did nothing to fix it.   Considering this was a $160 pack, this is a bit ridiculous. Last bumped on Mar 10, 2026, 9:45:53 PM

Can confirm it is still broken even on a fresh install so it's definitely not from the ggpk torrent or anything.
And obviously it is still broken. |
