Can’t import character in pob (PlayStation)

Hi there,
Does anyone know why I can’t import my character into pob? I’m on PS and when I try to import when using ps4 parameter it keeps saying “Account profile is private”. I’ve checked my privacy settings on PoE site and it is not set to private. Since poe.ninja doesn’t get PS data for poe1 I can’t get the pob from there. That’s how I do it for PoE2. Are you selecting PS4 from the dropdown in the top left of the import screen in PoB?
I was able to import one of your characters using that method. Also remember to include your #number in your account name for import. (e.g. Kaak1990#9352 ) | |

That’s strange, could it be something in pob? Because I’m doing exactly that, selecting ps4 and entering Kaak1990#9352
